THE BILLS keep piling up for US States that push unconstitutional “violent video game” laws, as courts continually reject them. These political failures are costing taxpayers plenty, and the ESA is looking for California to pay up next.

Watch out Microsoft and Nintendo. Sir Howard says that Sony is in deep contemplation on a price cut. Our crystal ball sees a $100 cut in time for Christmas, based on industry events and Stringer’s comments.

So far the Xbox 360 has had its fair share of hardware problems, both large and small, and while Microsoft has dealt with most of these challenges by extending warranties and offering up free fixes, it usually takes its own sweet time to come around, which seems to be the case here.
